Add Botzeno to your website in a few minutes
Botzeno will give you a small widget code for your business. Copy it, paste it into your website, publish the changes, and the chat button will appear on your site.
1Use the code Botzeno gave you
Most clients receive a ready-to-use widget code from Botzeno. If your code already contains your business name or Client Slug, you do not need to edit anything.
If Botzeno gave you only a Client Slug, place it inside the code where you see YOUR_CLIENT_SLUG.
If Botzeno sent you a ready-made code, copy it exactly as it is. If not, replace YOUR_CLIENT_SLUG with your Client Slug.
<script src="https://botzeno.com/widget.js"></script>
<script>
BotzenoWidget.init({
clientId: 'YOUR_CLIENT_SLUG',
baseUrl: 'https://botzeno.com'
});
</script>
2Paste it into your website
Open your website settings and look for a place called something like:
Paste the Botzeno widget code there, save the changes, and publish your website.
3For WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Tilda, or similar builders
Every website builder names the code area a little differently. Look for one of these:
- Custom Code
- Footer Code
- Embed Code
- Tracking Code
- Body End
- Header and Footer Scripts
Add the Botzeno widget code there, then save and publish.
4Check that Botzeno appears
After publishing, open your website in a browser and wait a few seconds. The Botzeno chat button should appear on the page.
- Open your website.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Click the Botzeno chat button.
- Send a short test message.
5Need help?
You do not have to do this alone. If you are not sure where to paste the code, Botzeno can help with the installation.
