Terms / Licence Agreement
These Terms / Licence Agreement govern access to and use of Botzeno, including the website, demo environment, widget, backend infrastructure, integrations, notifications, and related services provided to clients.
1. Operator
Botzeno is operated by Sirivimon Prabrat, trading through a registered sole trader business. Botzeno may be marketed and presented under its product brand even where the formal business registration name differs.
2. What the service is
Botzeno provides a managed AI receptionist system for websites. This may include a chat widget, backend processing, AI-generated responses, lead extraction, Telegram delivery, email delivery, configuration, support, updates, and related service improvements.
3. Licence scope
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, the client receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Botzeno as a hosted and managed service.
- The client may use the widget and service on approved websites.
- The client may receive leads and notifications generated through the service.
- The client does not receive ownership of the software, source code, backend, prompt systems, infrastructure, or product IP.
4. Restrictions
The client must not, and must not allow others to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the service.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the service except through direct agreement with Botzeno.
- Attempt to access the server, backend logic, protected endpoints, private integrations, or source code.
- Use the service in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or technically disruptive.
5. Fees and payments
Botzeno may charge a one-time integration or setup fee and an ongoing subscription fee for maintenance, support, hosting, improvements, stability work, and new features.
Payments may be processed through Stripe and, in the future, other payment providers such as PayPal. The client is responsible for paying all agreed fees on time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
A subscription may be cancelled by contacting info@botzeno.com or by using any official cancellation method that may be introduced later.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed work, elapsed subscription periods, or change-of-mind requests. However, a refund may be considered within 10 days where the agreed integration has not been completed, or where the service fails to function materially as promised and Botzeno is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
7. AI limitations and no guaranteed outcomes
Botzeno uses AI and automated systems. AI responses, lead extraction, service classification, and routing logic may not always be perfect, complete, or error-free.
- Botzeno does not guarantee 100% response accuracy.
- Botzeno does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
- Botzeno does not guarantee that every visitor will become a lead or that no lead will ever be missed.
8. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, contact routing details, and site access required for integration.
- Review incoming leads and follow up promptly.
- Use the service lawfully and in line with applicable privacy and business rules.
- Ensure their own website and business processes are suitable for receiving enquiries.
9. Suspension or termination
Botzeno may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for:
- Non-payment or repeated late payment.
- Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized interference with the service.
- Use of the service in a way that creates legal, technical, or reputational risk.
- Breach of these terms.
10. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Botzeno, including code, design, branding, service logic, prompts, integration workflows, documentation, and supporting systems, remain the exclusive property of Botzeno and its operator unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botzeno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost business opportunity, missed leads, data loss, or reputational damage arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Botzeno's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service period giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to the service or terms
Botzeno may update the service, pricing structure, feature set, infrastructure, integrations, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
